The Forum of Operators for the Guarantee of Economic Emergence in Africa (FOGECA) organised a major investors’ forum on Thursday, 18 December 2025, at the Shangri-La Hotel in Dubai.
OHADA was represented at the event by Dr Alexis NDZUENKEU, Director of Legal Affairs, Documentation and Communication, and Mr Théophile Gautier HIOM HIOM II, Legal Officer at the Common Court of Justice and Arbitration (CCJA).
In the course of the proceedings, the two representatives took part in high-level panel discussions, during which they highlighted the contributions of the OHADA system to the legal security of investments and the continuous improvement of the business climate in Africa, while also presenting OHADA Member States as reliable and attractive destinations for investors.
