After the WAEMU Commission in Ouagadougou (Burkina Faso), Prof. Mayatta Ndiaye MBAYE, Permanent Secretary of OHADA, was received in audience on Thursday 19 September 2024 by S.E.M. ENGONGA EDJO’O Baltasar, President of the Commission of the Economic and Monetary Community of Central Africa (CEMAC) at the headquarters of the Resident Representation of the institution in Yaoundé (Cameroon). The two officials, flanked by their close collaborators, exchanged views on a number of issues of common interest, and extolled the ongoing revitalization of collaboration between both organizations. Given that the updating process of the cooperation agreement existing between the two organizations since 2002 has already been given due consideration, both officials agreed to sign the new agreement in the coming days.
