PUBLICATION OF ISSUE NO. 83 OF THE ERSUMA PROFESSIONAL PRACTICE BULLETIN (BEPP)

ERSUMA, the Business Law School of the Organisation for the Harmonisation of Business Law in Africa (OHADA), is pleased to announce the publication of Issue No. 83 of the ERSUMA Bulletin of Professional Practice (BEPP).

The BEPP is structured under (06) headings: Reports, Case law, Community laws, National laws, Professional practice and News in brief. It welcomes all contributions relating to current developments in business law, whether in the national law of the Contracting States, OHADA law, other African Community laws or comparative law. Contributions may not exceed one thousand five hundred (1500) words. They should comply with the BEEP editorial charter (https://www.ohada.org/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/Charte-editoriale-Bulletin-ERSUMA-de-Pratique-Professionnelle.pdf) and are evaluated by the editing committee.

In this new issue, readers will find scholarly contributions such as:

  • Credit Information Bureaus (CIBs) under the Revised Uniform Act on Simplified Recovery Procedures and Measures of Execution (AUPSRVE);
  • The Expectation of the Applicability of the Adversarial Principle in the Dismissal of a Chief Executive Officer;
  • The Commercial Court Judge and the Role of Mediator.

BEPP is available in digital format. It can be purchased either as a single unit (3,000 CFA francs) or as an annual subscription (30,000 CFA francs).
