The Higher Regional School of Magistracy (ERSUMA) hereby launches a call for papers for the next issues of the “ERSUMA Professional Practice Bulletin” for the Year 2024.
Submissions relating to OHADA law, national law of OHADA Member States in relation to business law, other African Community law, comparative law or any other branch of business law are welcome.
- Technical specifications relating to contributions
BEPP is a monthly publication. It includes six (6) sections:
- Chronicles;
- Case law;
- Community laws;
- National laws;
- Professional practice;
- News in brief.
Contributions must comply with the requirements of the BEPP Editorial Charter outlined below:
- Contain full identification of the author(s): surname, first names, title;
- Include the curriculum vitae of the author(s) for all first submissions to ERSUMA;
- Be written in one of OHADA’s working languages, i.e. French, English, Portuguese or Spanish;
- Observe the following rules regarding the layout:
- Size of contribution: 1500 words maximum;
- File format: editable Word version (.doc or .docx file)
- Article title: in lower case, bold and without side-borders;
- Main text: Cambria font, size 12, single-spaced, no footnotes;
- Headings in the text must be in lower case.
Contributions will be assessed by the BEPP Editorial Board.
