The city of Abidjan in the Republic of Côte d’Ivoire is hosting, since this morning, the plenary session of the OHADA National Commissions (ONC). For three days, delegations from Member States will discuss various issues relating to the updating of certain provisions of the Treaty.
This meeting is a follow-up to the discussions initiated by the ONC in Cotonou, Benin, on 28 and 29 September 2023.
