ENROLMENT ANNOUNCEMENT
SPECIALTY DIPLOMA IN CORPORATE GOVERNANCE, PROCEDURES & OHADA ARBITRATION CERTIFICATE
The Higher Regional School of Magistracy (ERSUMA) of the Organization for the Harmonization of Business Law in Africa (OHADA), hereby informs the general public of the continuation of enrolments for the 2024-2025 academic year for the Speciality Diploma in Corporate Governance, with Major in Business Administration (DSGE-AE), in OHADA Procedures with Major in Enforcement Procedures (DSPO-PE) and the OHADA Arbitration Certificate (CAO).
- All the three courses will be offered online and through evening classes, with a week’s in-person training at the end of the course at ERSUMA headquarters in Porto-Novo.
- Admission to the three courses is based on the review of applicants’ records, and the number of places is limited.

Open to anyone holding a Master’s degree in law or at least 60 credits from a Master’s degree in law, a Master’s degree in law or a Master’s degree in a field compatible with that of the course. |
