The High Regional School of Magistracy (ERSUMA) of the Organization for the Harmonization of Business Law in Africa (OHADA) organizes from April, 8th to 12th 2019 a training for qualifications in KIGALI (Rwanda) on the topics below :
Topics/Dates :
1 « Exercise the function of arbitrator : ethics and deonthology », (April 8th, 2019);
2 « Management of the OHADA procedure for arbitration », (April 9th to 10th, 2019);
3 « Management of the arbitration center », (April 11th -12th, 2019).
The purpose of this training is to reinforce the capacity of the auditors on how to exercise the function of arbitrator, on the management of the arbitration center and on an effective and efficient conduct of an OHADA arbitration procedure.
Venue: Urban Cityblue Hotel at Kigali (Rwanda)
Duration/dates: Five (5) days, from April 8th to 12th, 2019
Target audiences: Arbitrators, mediators, promotors, managers, people working with arbitration institutions, business men, Judges, lawyers, public notaries, court bailiffs, CEO of companies from all industries, executives and associates of Chambers.

The training fees are payable as follow :
Topic1 : 100,000 CFA F
Topic 2 : 200,000 CFA F
Topic 3 : 200,000 CFA F
All topics: 400,000 CFA F (for a cumulative registration to the 3 session/)
A discount of 10% will be granted to companies or organizations with a minimum of three (3) registrations.
Students and PhD students willing to attend this training shall enjoy a 40% discount on the training fees when they prove their status by sending a request together with a scanned copy of the student registration certificate to the General Director of ERSUMA at ersuma@ohada.org,
The training fees shall cover the training materials and equipments, coffee and lunch breaks on the training days and the certificates. The participant shall bear travel, accommodation and other expenses.
