A New Bureau for the CCJA

The Common Court of Justice and Arbitration of OHADA (CCJA) renewed its Bureau during a General Assembly held at its headquarters on Tuesday, 16 December 2025.

Following the elections conducted for this purpose, the new Bureau of the Court is composed as follows:

  • President: Mr Jean-Marie KAMBUNA NSULA, Congolese nationality (DRC)
  • First Vice-President: Mr Mathias NIAMBA, Burkinabè nationality
  • Second Vice-President: Mr Mariano Esono NCOGO EWORO, Equatorial Guinean nationality

The Permanent Secretary expresses his gratitude to the outgoing Bureau, composed of Madam President Esther NGO MOUTNGUI (Cameroonian nationality) and Vice-Presidents Arsène Jean Bruno MINIME (Central African nationality) and Sabiou MAMANE NAISSA (Nigerien nationality), for the services rendered to OHADA and its Member States.

Furthermore, to replace Judges whose terms of office have expired, the CCJA will welcome five newly elected Judges, who will take their solemn declaration on 8 January 2026.
