On 7 March 2024, a session devoted to discussions on the new Uniform Act Organizing Simplified Recovery Procedures and Enforcement Measures, now in force in OHADA Member States, opened in Abidjan. This special session will bring together all members of the CCJA, which is the official interpreter of OHADA law, and members of the consortium that oversaw the reform. The Supreme Court of the Republic of Côte d’Ivoire, the OHADA Member States’ Bars Conference and the National Chamber of Judicial Commissioners have also been invited to attend the two-day session.
