Prof. Mayatta Ndiaye MBAYE, Permanent Secretary of OHADA, paid a courtesy visit to the Embassy of Congo in the Republic of Cameroon on Wednesday 5 March 2025. On this occasion, he was received in audience by H.E. Mr. Jean-Michel YLOULOU-BAYENDA, Chargé d’affaires. The two officials discussed a number of important issues pertaining to OHADA, including the financing of the institutions’ operations and the role of the Republic of Congo in the Organisation’s work.
