As part of its statutory mission to build capacity in OHADA law and other African community laws, the Higher Regional School of Magistracy (ERSUMA) of the Organisation for the Harmonisation of Business Law in Africa (OHADA) hereby launches its new catalogue for the Year 2024.
Ten (10) short training sessions and two long courses are scheduled, namely the Specialty Diploma in Corporate Governance (DSGE) with focus on Business Administration, and the OHADA Arbitration Certificate. The Catalogue also features ten (10) scientific events, including six (6 ) international conferences, the 3rd edition of the International Forum of Legal and Accounting Professionals (FIPROD), the 2nd edition of the OHADA Regional Trade Fair for Entrepreneurs (SAREDO), the 3rd edition of the African Arbitration and Mediation Day (JAAM) and the 1st edition of the African Trade Information Day.
In this catalogue, the training courses and scientific events on offer are listed chronologically according to the date on which they will take place and will each be described in detail not only on the OHADA official website www.ohada.org but also on our platform, the ERSUMA Webinars Integrated Management System https://sigweb.ersuma.org.
This catalogue does not take into account training courses and conferences to be carried out under the partnership agreements signed between ERSUMA and professional bodies and other public or private entities.
Companies or organisations in need of training or conferences can also seek ERSUMA’s expertise in scientific, pedagogical, and practical preparation, as well as in organising the activities desired.
