On Tuesday 20 May 2025, Prof. Mayatta Ndiaye MBAYE, Permanent Secretary of OHADA, launched the deliberations of the first validation workshop of the ad hoc Committee on the restructuring of the regulatory framework for the functioning of OHADA institutions at Sarakawa Hotel in Lomé. The session will enable the validation of the draft instruments relating to the headquarters agreement of OHADA Institutions, the organisation and functioning of the Conference of Heads of State and Government as well as the Council of Ministers, the powers and organisation of OHADA National Commissions, ERSUMA’s Rules of Procedure, with a view to their adoption by the competent bodies.
