On Thursday 4 April 2024, Prof. Mayatta Ndiaye MBAYE, Permanent Secretary of OHADA, was received in audience by MrLaurent ESSO, Minister of State, Minister of Justice, Keeper of the Seals of the Republic of Cameroon. The two personalities discussed various issues of interest to OHADA, such as the construction project of the OHADA Headquarters, the training of English-speaking professionals and the management of labour disputes.
The Keeper of the Seals congratulated the Permanent Secretary on the actions undertaken since he took office and assured him of the renewed commitment of the State of Cameroon towards OHADA.
