Professor Mayatta Ndiaye MBAYE, Permanent Secretary of OHADA, was granted an audience on Monday, 29 December 2025, by Mr Allio DAOUDA, Minister of Justice and Keeper of the Seals of the Republic of Niger.
The two officials held discussions on several key issues relating to the life of OHADA and its Institutions. They also defined strategic orientations aimed at revitalising the National OHADA Commission (NOC), following the Regulation adopted by the Council of Ministers on 12 September 2025, as well as at organising a national edition of the OHADA–Private Sector Meetings (ROSEP) in Niger.
The Permanent Secretary renews his deep appreciation and gratitude to the Honourable Minister of Justice for his availability, attentive consideration and continued support.
During his stay, the Permanent Secretary also granted an audience to representatives of the OHADA Club of Abdou Moumouni University of Niamey.
