In its new wording, Article 49 of the Uniform Act on the organisation of simplified recovery procedures and enforcement measures increases the scope of action of national lawmakers with regard to the identification of judges with jurisdiction to decide issues related to execution of judgments and the organisation of appeals against their decisions. By Ordinance No. 2024-102 of 28 February 2024 determining the rules of procedure relating to disputes concerning specific performance measures and precautionary seizures, the Ivorian lawmaker specifies the rules for managing disputes concerning the specific performance of movable property.
