The curtain has fallen on the proceedings of the 29th Ordinary Session of the ERSUMA Board of Directors.
In addition to approving the Institution’s draft budget for the year 2026, the Board established an “OHADA Chair Programme” and created the “QUALIFOR-ERSUMA Label,” with the aim of strengthening the accessibility and quality of services dedicated to the promotion and dissemination of OHADA Law throughout the world.
The Board members also instituted the “OHADA International Thesis Prize”and the “ERSUMA Scholarship Programme” to encourage research and training in OHADA Law.
With these instruments, the OHADA Business Law School is equipping itself with the technical tools necessary for the implementation of its ambitious 2026–2030 Five-Year Plan, adopted by the Board of Directors during this session.
