The aim of the Documentation Center is to contribute to the dissemination and improvement of knowledge on OHADA law, business law and other Community laws in Africa. It is open to the public and has a wealth of documentation specialized in the field of law.

As part of the common platform of documentation centers of OHADA institutions called OHADA digital library, the Centre has over 3 000 bibliographic records and 340 journal articles.

The Centre offers the following products and services:

  • On site consultation of documents
  • Internal lending of documents
  • Internet access to search online information
  • Assistance to users
  • List of new acquisitions via OPAC
  • Selective disclosure of information (DSI)


The Documentation Centre is open Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 12:30 and afternoon from 3pm to 6h30pm. It is closed on Saturdays.
