Revenue and expenditure management

An Official of the Court appointed as revenue and expenditure administrator by decision of the President, on the proposal of the Secretary General, shall keep the accounting record of arbitration fees (art.7.1 of the Internal Rules).

The revenue and expenses administrator shall be in charge of all collection and payment operations related to arbitration proceedings and shall help ensuring proper management. Such operations are executed on behalf of the Secretary General of the Court.
