ANNOUNCEMENT
The Regional Advanced School of Magistracy (ERSUMA) of the Organisation for the Harmonisation of Business Law in Africa (OHADA) is pleased to announce the publication of Issue No. 77 of the ERSUMA Professional Practice Bulletin (BEPP).
The BEPP is structured under (06) headings: Reports, Case law, Community laws, National laws, Professional practice and News in brief. It welcomes all contributions relating to current developments in business law, whether in the national law of the Contracting States, OHADA law, other African Community laws or comparative law. Contributions may not exceed one thousand five hundred (1500) words. They should comply with the BEEP editorial charter (https://www.ohada.org/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/Charte-editoriale-Bulletin-ERSUMA-de-Pratique-Professionnelle.pdf) and are evaluated by the editing committee.
In this new issue, readers will find scientific contributions such as:
- What role can OHADA play in harmonising regulations to combat money laundering and the financing of terrorism?
- The time limit for extending receivership proceedings in OHADA;
- Sanctioning the decision of the court of appeal ruling on an appeal to set aside an arbitration award beyond the legal time limit;
- The liability of large companies in the light of the duty of care: a comparative analysis of French and OHADA law.
