COMMUNIQUE : TRAINING ON MEDIATION AT ERSUMA HEADQUARTERS
We hereby inform you that the Higher Regional School of Magistracy (ERSUMA) of the Organization for the Harmonization of Business Law in Africa (OHADA) will be organising a certified training from November 27th to December 1st, 2017 at its headquarters in Porto-Novo (Benin), in collaboration with the Association ‘’Impulsion du Droit Communautaire’’ (IDC-Benin), on the theme: “Mediation Practice within the OHADA space”.

Venue: ERSUMA Headquarters at Porto-Novo (Benin)
Duration/dates: five (05) days, from Monday 27th November to Friday 1st December 2017.
Target: mediators, arbitrators, administrators of arbitration and mediation institutions, judges, lawyers, solicitors, bailiffs, judicial representatives, corporate lawyers, chartered accountants, managers, businessmen, scholars, and all interested persons.
Participation requirements:
ü Fill and send the registration form to ERSUMA;
ü Pay the Training Fees of 350.000 FCFA. The Fees cover teaching materials and tools, coffee breaks and lunch during the training days. Travel, accommodation, catering and other expenses shall be borne by participants.
A discount of ten percent (10%)is given for group registration of at least five (05) participants.
